Pierre Cardin Fall 1985 Haute Couture Collection

One of the greatest fashion pioneers, Pierre Cardin's raisonnè included clothing, furniture, and film. He revolutionized ready-to-wear by creating the licensing model for fashion products. Like his fall 1985 couture collection, the designer incorporated artistic influences and movements such as surrealism into his designs. In this image, a model is dressed in a fur-laced, toggle coat, geometric hat, knitted gloves, and shoes inspired by Pierre Cardin's visions of fashion in the future, posed on the streets of Paris on July 19, 1984. Printed in Archival Matte Paper.

Our art prints are produced on acid-free archival matte paper using archival inks. All art prints include a 1" white border around the image to allow for future framing and matting, if desired.
